Terms of exchange and return
You may return or exchange products purchased through our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European Union consumer protection legislation.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
By sending the product back to us, you confirm that the item has not been used, retains its original appearance, the integrity of its packaging, and is returned in its complete configuration.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, and provided that their original condition and consumer properties have been preserved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds or full product replacements (without alterations or modifications) are available in the following cases:
— Significant differences between the received product and the product description or images presented on the website.
— Manufacturing defects, including poor workmanship, uneven stitching, defective fittings, or significant material flaws.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must not have been used and must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and all accompanying items.
The customer is responsible for the returned goods until they are delivered back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, the customer may be responsible for any reduction in the item’s value.
