Payment via PayPal is available, as well as payment by credit card on the site through Fondy. During the payment process, depending on your bank, a double currency conversion is possible. This may result in a slight increase in the cost of the goods.
Shipping
We have free international shipping.
Shipping from Ukraine: DHL, Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta (Europe).
The seller provides goods to the carrier after production or checking the availability of goods in stock.
Delivery time abroad depends on the buyer’s region.
DHL Delivery
Europe – up to 5-7 days.
America – up to 10-12 days.
Ukrposhta
Other destinations – 2-3 weeks.
Europe – up to 5-7 days.
The seller is not liable for delay of delivery time and/or loss of goods due to the carrier’s fault. The buyer shall file any claims regarding violation of delivery terms, loss and/or damage to the goods directly to the carrier.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
