Payment

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. Your financial information is protected according to the highest security standards.

During the payment process, depending on your bank, a double currency conversion is possible. This may result in a slight increase in the cost of the goods.  

Payment via PayPal is available.

Shipping

We offer free international shipping from Portugal (Lisbon) and Ukraine, using the following carriers: DHL, FedEx, Nova Poshta (Europe, US, Canada), Ukrposhta.

Shipping Regions and Warehouses

EU countries: shipping is available from either our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal or Ukraine, depending on stock availability.

Shipping from Lisbon is prioritized whenever possible for faster delivery.

USA, Canada, UK, and other destinations: orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and verification of required information.

In some cases, for security reasons, we may request order confirmation by email.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please note: Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the shipping company, not from the date of payment. Customs clearance or postal service delays may affect final delivery time.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery time and conditions are out of our control.

Any claims regarding delays, loss, or damage must be submitted directly to the carrier.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
