To preserve the appearance of your item, we recommend avoiding contact with oil-based or alcohol-based liquids such as cosmetics, perfumes, antiseptic products, and wet wipes.
Cleaning and Protection
General Recommendations
Before applying any care products to the entire surface of a leather bag, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area. This ensures that the product does not leave stains or damage the leather.
Always choose care products specifically designed for natural leather. Such products enhance shine and softness without harming the leather’s structure.
Before applying any product, clean the leather surface with a soft cloth or sponge to remove dust and dirt.
Avoid excessive use of care products, as oversaturation may cause stains or unwanted residue. Apply a small amount and spread it evenly.
Be cautious around hardware elements such as zippers and metal fittings. Avoid getting care products on these parts, as they may lose their appearance or become damaged.
Do not rub stained areas intensely and do not use wet wipes for cleaning.
Water and Sun Exposure
If a leather item gets wet from rain or snow, wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with water.
In summer, direct sunlight may accelerate color fading with continuous exposure.
Toscana leather has a protective film coating that provides water-repellent properties and makes it easy to maintain. After contact with water, simply remove surface moisture with a soft cloth.
Storage and Warranty
Storage
Store natural leather items in a cool, dark wardrobe. To prevent deformation, fill the bag with paper to help it maintain its shape.
Avoid storing leather bags in sealed plastic bags, as this may cause oxidation and gradual color change. Do not store leather items in direct sunlight, as this may lead to fading.
For models with a long shoulder strap, place the strap inside the bag during storage to prevent dents, scratches, or marks on the leather surface.
Warranty
All Bagllet products come with a 3-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects unrelated to customer use. After three months, complimentary post-warranty service is available for the full lifespan of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse post-warranty service in cases of severe wear or damage. We service and repair only items produced by Bagllet.
Materials
Leather
Toscana Leather
Colors: Black, Beige, Olive, Chestnut.
Premium Italian leather of the highest grade with a special protective coating. It is water-repellent, durable, and easy to care for.
Trentino Leather
Colors: Burgundy, Brown, Black, Beige.
Trentino leather features a thinner, softer structure with a naturally dyed finish rather than a protective film. This gives the items exceptional elegance and a distinctive tactile feel. The leather has a naturally textured, slightly broken-in surface that makes it extraordinarily pleasant to the touch.
Natural Leather Characteristics
Natural leather has the inherent ability to stretch and adapt its shape under physical pressure. The card slots in our wallets are intentionally crafted to fit a standard plastic card with minimal allowance. This ensures that, over time, the leather molds precisely to the card.
If the slots were initially made larger, the leather would stretch even further during use, and after a month of active wear, the card could begin to slip out due to overstretching in frequently used areas.
Device Sleeves (Laptop / Tablet)
Laptop and tablet sleeves are made according to the exact physical dimensions provided by the customer or based on the official specifications of the device.
Color Transfer
Any matte leather may lightly transfer color onto light clothing during the initial period of use. After approximately two weeks of active wear, the leather stops transferring color because the top layer naturally becomes smoother in areas of contact with clothing.
Toscana leather, due to its protective film coating, does not transfer color onto garments.
Before wearing light-colored leather accessories with dark clothing, we recommend confirming whether the dark garment may bleed dye.
To test this, lightly moisten a cotton pad or cloth and rub it on a small area of the dark fabric. If the cotton picks up even a slight trace of color, we do not recommend pairing that clothing with light leather accessories.
Suede
Emilia Suede
Soft, premium suede with a velvety texture. Its deep matte tone and subtle light reflection create a refined, understated accent in every piece.

Daily Care

• Brush in one direction to preserve the uniform texture.
• After each use, remove dust from the surface.
Protection
• Avoid direct contact with water and moisture.
• Protect from direct sunlight.
• Keep away from oily substances, cosmetics, and perfumes.
• Take extra care during rainy weather.

Raffina
Raffina is a contemporary interpretation of natural raffia. Made from a blend of high-quality fibers, it retains the structure and texture of traditional straw while being softer, stronger, and more wear-resistant. With a density of 990 g/m², Raffina holds its shape beautifully while remaining lightweight. An ideal choice for summer bags, hats, accessories, and decorative pieces.
Color: Natural beige.
Care Instructions for Raffina Material
To keep your Raffina item in excellent condition, follow these recommendations:

• Avoid machine washing.
• Use a soft brush or damp cloth to clean the surface.
• Light hand cleaning is allowed, but avoid aggressive detergents.
2. Drying
• Dry flat on a horizontal surface.
• Keep away from direct sunlight.

4. Ironing
• Not recommended. If necessary, iron only through a layer of fabric and at the lowest heat setting.
